I wonder if persimmon leaf sushi was this delicious! I compared the food at other restaurants, but I liked this one. The four of us ordered the persimmon leaf sushi and soup set, and it was a great presentation (lol).We were asked in advance if we could serve it together, so if you're interested, you'll probably get a separate plate. I enjoyed it!

I was shocked by the taste when I ate it for the first time. I've always liked persimmon leaf sushi and have eaten it at many restaurants, but I think Yutaka Yanagi's persimmon leaf sushi is exceptionally delicious. The saltiness of the fish and the sweetness of the glossy sushi rice are perfectly balanced. This is the most enjoyable part of visiting Dorogawa Onsen once a year.

I'm from Nara and occasionally eat persimmon leaf sushi. People have the impression that the rice in persimmon leaf sushi is hard, but the rice in this persimmon leaf sushi is fluffy and delicious. What's the difference?
