I can't believe there's such a beautiful place deep in the mountains! I happened to visit a produce store and found lunch there, so I had some food. Well, the scenery is amazing! The trees below the building have been maintained, so the view from the windows is spectacular. I visited in September, and even though I didn't have the air conditioner on, there was a cold breeze coming in. The store is clean and has a fireplace, giving it a stylish feel. The lunch was also cheap, with pickles and small side dishes that were probably handmade by local people...the tonkatsu set meal was 900 yen. Vegetables at the direct sales store are also cheap... Such a nice place was relatively empty at lunchtime on a public holiday. Looking at past reviews, it appears that the management has changed hands several times. It's a so-called hidden gem, but I was worried about whether it would continue to operate. I also bought a lot of souvenirs. In this location, there aren't many people coming, and it's good that the place is empty when they come, but I want it to continue.

I ordered the shrimp fried one, and my partner (Landolt Tamaki, right) ordered the udon one. The seat is the view by the window. The fried shrimp has a variety of side dishes and is a mixture of Japanese and Western dishes, and I think it's a good value for money with a light finish that you like. Udon and soup stock are delicious! Contents of cooked rice + side dish, country soup (pork soup?), fried shrimp, salad of raw vegetables and potatoes, sauerkraut? (Cabbage pickled in vinegar?) Boiled peanut tongue, taro, daikon radish, cooked konnyaku silk pods, potato stem?・Pickles (Chinese cabbage, Nara pickles) If you ask me, it seems that everyone cooperates and makes it by hand from the soup stock. I live alone, so this kind of rice is a longing existence. Thank you for the meal. By the way, there are four types of product writing. I think I did curry with country soup, but I forgot... I forgot to take a picture, Brain miso is memory...

It's only open on Saturdays and Sundays, but the weekly set meals made with local vegetables are delicious. In addition, the view of Ueno City, Mie Prefecture, and the mountain range full of greenery from the window makes the meal even more delicious. You can also eat outside on the terrace.
