Nara, Japan｜Cafe Fluke

We stumbled upon this restaurant when looking for somewhere to grab a bite on our way home from Nara park and were pleasantly surprised by what we got. The food was absolutely delicious and the deserts were so creative and mouth-watering that I'm contemplating going back to Nara again just to try something else from the menu. The restaurant is a bit hard to find if you aren't looking for it, since it's crammed in-between two other stores, but it offers a cozy atmosphere and good service (although in Japan that's a rare thing not to find). It's also a good place for tourists as they have a well translated menu and a variety of foods both Japanese and European in origin. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Super tasty family restaurant. Everything was good!

I had the mackerel curry for breakfast, it was delicious. It was a lovely atmosphere with good music and rustic charm.
