Kawakami, Nara, Japan｜匠の聚

The source of the Kinokawa River in Kawakami Village. This village deep in the mountains focuses on art. In that representative space You can actually stay overnight there. When I go in the summer, I enjoy swimming in the nearby river and compare delicious local persimmon leaf sushi. The lodge you stay in is a luxurious space with plenty of wood, so you can spend a comfortable time. Above all, this silence is wonderful! You can even spot shooting stars at night. If you take a walk early in the morning, you can meet forest animals. The pottery experience was extremely reasonable, and I was able to experience making high-quality pieces that I couldn't imagine considering the price. I haven't experienced winter, but I'm sure the winter forest would be wonderful. The Japan hot pot set! Enjoy. As I was writing this, I felt like going on a sleepover. Yes. It's comfortable here!

Use the cafe. Since it was a weekday, we were the only ones using it. Inside the spacious store, as you walk down the stairs, you'll find lots of art works made of wood. Items with price tags can be purchased. Apparently the cafe also serves lunch, and we had sweets and herbal tea, which were delicious and made with luxurious ingredients. It tasted like something you wouldn't get at a hotel! The price is also reasonable in this day and age. Apparently, the artist lives on the south side of the store, and in the spring, moss phlox blooms in the garden. The owner and staff were kind and the space was very nice. A recommended place if you visit Kawakami Village.

I used the cafe. Omelette rice and coffee after dinner I had coffee after eating Neapolitan and curry. The omelet rice, Neapolitan and curry were delicious, and the coffee after the meal was also delicious.
