Kashihara, Nara, Japan｜Manyo

My wife and I visited Kashihara today, before returning to Kyoto, we want to try Nara cuisines, but three aren’t much choice close to the train station. We found Manyo, we were very impressed by the variety of foods this restaurant is serving. All orders we placed were equally delicious. The price, the taste and the freshness of ingredients, all these factor considered, this is by far the best izakaya I had tried so far in Japan. The staff is friendly, he was a sumo wrestler and the solo chef made all the delicious we ate tonight. Super impressed by their ability to serve so many dishes and yet keep the quality of food well above expectation. The is the place you must visit. Highly recommend when visiting Nara.

We are visiting Japan from Australia. We came to Manyo for dinner - we were given a free starter as soon as we sat down. The staff were friendly and service was excellent, there were some local diners there who were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Food came quickly and was very tasty! We had great fun.
