I went to a local shop on my trip to Nara! The food was delicious and it was a great answer. Skipjack sashimi Thick as you can see in the picture! Even though the bonito sashimi was thick with no odor, it was delicious. It's thick, so you can enjoy the chewy texture to your heart's content. oyster 1,300 yen for two is a pretty good price. However, it was delicious when I had a slippery texture with ponzu sauce. Mentaiko Spicy and delicious, I'm glad it comes with Chinese yam Firefly squid ajillo good bitter taste Grilled Yamato meat chicken with rock salt The skin was crispy and the meat was firm and chewy chicken. Yamato beef tataki It was a mess. Out of all the dishes I ate today, this is by far the most recommended. The outside is grilled and fragrant, and it's delicious. Young sweetfish and wild vegetable tempura The crispy wild vegetables were delicious. This restaurant is especially recommended because the bonito sashimi and Yamato beef tataki were delicious. If you go there, please try it!

The straw-grilled bonito was greasy and very delicious. It is a very satisfying shop whenever I go. I always want to go when I go to my parents' house in Kashihara, but now I'm closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays due to Corona. Sometimes I can't make a reservation, and it's very disappointing at times like that. I will send it to you again. It was a feast.

Not to mention the gastronomy of various menus made by the chef, the timing of serving after ordering is outstanding.
