All the ingredients were delicious, but the shrimp was the best ♪ I also like how the shari spreads. Very satisfying quality for 2000 yen👾 . . I have tried and compared the persimmon leaf sushi from more than 10 restaurants, from chain stores to famous restaurants, but Wakozushi's persimmon leaf sushi is by far the most delicious. I usually buy it at Michi-no-Eki Katsuragi, but last year I went to the store for the first time. The store also sells wooden boxes.

I don't have a lot of opportunities to go for lunch, but I use it for banquets. Both kaiseki and hot pot dishes are very delicious. Especially sushi! In addition, the welcome drink "Wako?" sake in a bamboo tube is easy to drink and goes well with cooking. It's not a very big store, but it's a popular store, so we recommend making a reservation.
