Kakinoha Sushi Yanagiya has been renewed. It seems that the rice is also used from nara. The taste is still delicious. In addition to persimmon leaf sushi, shinko mochi (mochi with strained bean paste) has also been newly introduced.

The shaved ice has more volume than the picture on the menu! It tastes more like a cake than shaved ice, yet it has a mild taste like a pastry. It was delicious ☺️

When I happened to pass by, there were cyclists, so why not? I thought about it. Persimmon leaf sushi Yanagiya? I entered thinking that I don't know, but this was amazing! A craftsman makes it after receiving an order. The ingredients are carefully wrapped in persimmon leaves! It took a long time to wait, but I was able to enjoy the most delicious persimmon leaf sushi. I used to like salmon, but the mackerel here is so delicious! I may never eat anywhere else.
