The other day, I came from far away and got stuck in traffic, so I informed them that I would be late, but they responded very politely. Also, when I told them that due to some circumstances I had to leave early, they made sure to finish on time. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by my selfish remarks. All of the dishes were delicious, and I could feel the dedication to each dish and the ingenuity that made the most of the charm of the ingredients. The atmosphere inside the store is nice, and I think most of the customers come because they like the taste, of course, but also because of the owner's personality. Nara burdock and strawberries, milt pate, Su and crab nigiri, sea urchin and conger eel... All the dishes were delicious, but I especially liked the ancient cheese Su and crab nigiri.
