A small shop specializing in persimmon leaf sushi. I stopped by on the way back from visiting Hase-dera Temple. I got mackerel and salmon for takeout. By the way, you can order as many as you like. I ate it as soon as I got them, and it was delicious! Probably the best persimmon leaf sushi I've ever eaten. The not-too-hard sushi rice melts in your mouth, and the scent of vinegar spreads throughout your mouth. There are two types of ingredients, mackerel and salmon, but I personally think mackerel > salmon. Unlike the mass-produced products of famous stores, it felt like it was carefully made, and it was really delicious. You can also eat it in the store, so I'd like to have it at the store next time. Pd; it was very beautiful to see how the ladies wrapped the sushi in the leafs, very carefully and flawless technique.

We ordered grilled mackerel sushi, 2 salmon & 2 mackerel with persimmon leaf sushi, 1 miso soup and 1 sesame tofu. Everything was delicious and the two of us finished eating it. In particular, I think you should definitely order the grilled mackerel sushi. The inside of the store is narrow, but it feels good. The customer service was prompt and courteous.

I bought persimmon leaf sushi with the intention of eating while walking, but it was hot, so I was told to eat inside and was given cold tea. The ingredients were small, but the taste was refreshingly delicious. The clerks were also quite friendly and comfortable. There were also kuzumochi, sesame tofu, and miso soup.
