As the name of Shiki no Sushi suggests, we chose seasonal sake that goes well with seasonal fish dishes. A course meal takes about two and a half hours on average, and you can enjoy conversations with the people who come with you and the staff while enjoying the food and sake. There is also a tatami room at the counter main. It's nice to be able to enjoy really fresh seasonal ingredients with gentle seasonings. I think it's the personality of the owner, Mr. Shimonaka.

I had to drive that day and couldn't drink alcohol, so I ate shikotama. It was a restaurant where you could feel that they were particular about their sushi, such as the sushi that was eaten with salt instead of soy sauce. It is easily accessible from Shin-Omiya Station and is a restaurant that I would like to visit again.
