More Comments at Google MapAfter visiting Omiwa Shrine, Sakae Sushi is located in the old shopping street on the side of Miwa Station. The store has a large retro safe and a wall clock, giving you an image of the good old days. I got the chilled somen and sushi set. There is no tourist price, a gentle and delicious taste, and there is quite a volume.
Best cost performance❗ After visiting Omiwa Shrine Around 11:30 a.m. on March 21, 2020, it was the bottom of the 9th inning of the World Baseball Classic semifinal match against Mexico, when Japan was attacking😄 “Walk-off victory!” At the same time as the cheers, I received this message❗(The TV stand was an old safe😂) Aside from that, the impact of the restaurant being chic and close to temples and shrines was great, and the soup stock for the somen and udon was very good😄 I recommend the udon noodles with Sukeroku.❗ I didn't know what was good so I asked for ``top nigiri'', but today they said they could only make ``medium'' so I ordered sochira and tempura udon. My wife ordered the nyumen and sushi set❗ and shared it (she ate all the shrimp, though😅). As expected, Miwa Somen's actual noodles are strained and, above all, the dashi soup is delicious😋 If I were to force myself to be stingy, I'd say the shari rice is a little sticky (although that's within the acceptable range 😄)
It is located at the entrance of the path leading from Miwa Station to the approach to Omiwa Shrine. I've been curious about it for a while, so I decided to visit it today for the first time. The interior of the store is impressive with a large historical pendulum clock and historical chest of drawers, creating a very nice atmosphere. It's hot today, so I had some chilled somen noodles, and a set of assorted sushi that you can only find at a sushi restaurant. Somen is definitely delicious. The soup is a little sweet and perfect when you're tired of walking. The boiled shrimp, candied shiitake mushrooms, and tamagoyaki that you can only find at a sushi restaurant are delicious. In addition, pressed sushi, inari-san, and sushi rolls are also quite good. The traditional taste you can enjoy in such a historical atmosphere is hard to find anywhere else, and I think it's truly the best.
