I ordered Hiroshima-yaki Nikutama Soba and Yaki Udon. It takes about 20 minutes because it is slowly baked. You can pick it up later after leaving the store, or you can wait inside the store. This time, I had to wait at the shop because I had finished my business. I was grateful for the kindness and politeness of the store. Both tastes are very delicious and I would like to visit again. I came to the store again with an eat-in. (2022.10) I ordered Hiroshima-yaki seafood mix and yaki-udon. This shop offers authentic Hiroshima-yaki, which is very delicious. The soba is thin noodles, which is also delicious, and the tenkasu is made with squid, so it has a delicious squid flavor. Seafood mix had perilla in it and it was good again. The table is a normal table, not a table with an iron plate, which is common in okonomiyaki restaurants. They will bring you Hiroshima-yaki and yaki-udon on a teppan plate. It doesn't burn all the time, so it doesn't burn, and the seats and tables that are common are not sticky, so it feels clean. I feel like it also keeps the smell from sticking to my clothes. In addition to cash payment, electronic money payment is also possible. This time, I called around noon to make a takeout reservation, and when I told him that I would like to pick it up in the evening, I heard that it would be completed around 18:15. It was completed on time and I was able to receive it in a hot state. It costs 60 yen per container, but I was able to take it home without worrying that it would not lose its shape.
