Best soba in the area. The owners are always so nice.

They serve very delicious Izumo soba. Currently, we only serve lunch from Thursday to Sunday, and reservations are required on the day. I had the Tendon set meal (2 pieces of Wariko soba, mini Tendon, small bowl, miso soup, and pickled vegetables). The freshly made Izumo soba was fragrant and the soup stock was delicious, the tempura bowl was fried crispy, and all the ingredients were extremely delicious. Even though it is called a mini tempura bowl, the amount is not small, but it may be a little small. It may depend on the number of pieces left, but we have received additional orders. All are delicious.

I got 100% of the Izumo soba noodles. If you eat the dashi stock alone without any condiments, the aroma of the soba noodles will be amazing. I had a soba cake ~ The customer service was impeccable, and the parking lot was secured.It's quite a popular store, so I think it's best to make a reservation before coming to the store.The parking lot can only park 4 cars, and there are 4 groups in the store.
