More Comments at Google MapIn 199X, the world was engulfed in nuclear flames. The seas dried up, the earth split apart, and all life seemed to be extinct. This is the opening of Fist of the North Star, but I went to Soba Dokoro Ken, which serves soba noodles that look like the savior of the end of the century. The store's appearance...it takes courage to enter (lol) It looks like a super stubborn old man making soba noodles (lol) I don't know if it's open or not...but it's beautiful inside ☺️ The owner was more of a friendly person than a stubborn old man👍 Today I had a large bowl of 100% soba noodles. The soba noodles were well drained and you could feel the flavor of soba noodles! It was my favorite type of soba with a chewy texture. The only condiments are radish and green onion, huh? What about wasabi? That's what I thought, but this radish is spicy and goes really well with soba soup! Is it okay without wasabi? It's fine! ! It matches the soba soup so well that you can almost hear Jiei Kabira's voice. It was a very well-made soba. I’m sure I’ll visit again 👍 Thank you for the meal😋
The time was after 11:00 on Saturday. We went for the first time as a couple in our 30s. A regular customer? Two people were already there. I researched, ``I want to eat delicious soba,'' and happened to come to the store, and I hit the jackpot. It was chewy and very delicious, and the tempura was also crispy. (Vocabulary crying) I am grateful to the store owner for his smart plan. thank you for your help. I will go to the store again. (I won't tell you the fancy details lol) As mentioned above, the parking lot is gravel. There is only a counter, and there are about 8 to 9 seats. It seems like the host is in charge of all the cooking by himself, so if you go with a large group, it might take a while for the food to come out.
Visit the store from the search results on the map. I'm glad they were able to do business without relying on one side. Since it was the day after I drank it, I wanted to drink dashi soup, so I decided to have kake soba, but the zaru also looked delicious. I think I want to go again.
