More Comments at Google MapGanjin Wajo came to Japan in 753 to spread the teachings of Buddhism in Japan. It is said that he did not give up on coming to Japan even though he lost his eyesight during five failed trips, more than ten years after his first departure, and came to Japan on his sixth trip. Yasushi Inoue's "Tenpyo no Iraka" is a novel that tells the story of Ganjin Wajo's visit to Japan. Toshodaiji Temple was founded by Ganjin. The shio on top of the Kondo is said to be a national treasure. I went to "Shinoo" who serves such national treasure soba. There is one parking lot next to the store. I arrived 2 minutes before opening, so luckily I was able to stop 👍 By the way, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to serve soba noodles after hearing the 100% soba order. If you want to eat buckwheat noodles that come out quickly, let's go to a different shop. Since there is no BGM, the sound of cutting soba noodles, ton, ton, ton, will be used instead of BGM😄 The buckwheat noodles that were served to me looked like shio! No, wild visuals👍 I didn't know such wonderful soba was hidden in a residential area of Tomio. Tsuyu is also delicious! Out of all the soba noodles I've eaten so far, this is by far the best tsuyu 👍 I thought it was the perfect soup for soba without losing the flavor of the soba. By the way, since it is cut by two people, 100% soba will be refused when it gets busy. It can't be helped because it's just the two of us... This time I was very satisfied 😊 Thank you for the meal 😋
I visited for an early lunch when it opened at 11:00. Lunch-only set menu We had soba noodles in two colors, a tempura set meal, a variety of small dishes, and a variety of boiled pork and rolled eggs with plenty of dashi stock that you can't miss on the menu. It is a recommended dish with thick and fluffy. Wanting to drink some sake, I chose Iwate Junmai Ginjo Akatake. Not only Japanese sake but also shochu is a good selection, so you can enjoy it at night. Today's soba noodles seem to change depending on the day, but on this day there were two kinds, Kuichi Edo and Nihachi Inaka. I put crushed buckwheat seeds in the sobayu, which was fragrant and very delicious. The parking lot is next to the gate of the store, but we recommend using coin parking along the tracks. 4-5 minutes walk from Tomio station.
There is parking space for 1 car. There is also coin parking nearby. This style involves taking off your shoes and wearing slippers to your seat. I had today's soba with two different colors. Each one had its own unique flavor and was delicious. After eating soba, you can have soba hot water, and if you add some buckwheat to the soup, it will give you a soothing aroma and a soothing sensation. There was also a great lunch menu at noon. Thank you for the meal.
