Uda, Nara, Japan｜手打そば＆グリル まほろば

I stopped by when I was walking around Udamatsuyama Castle. I ordered Juwari soba and Uda vegetable tempura at lunch. The 100% buckwheat noodles were thin and had a good waist. Uda vegetable tempura has almost no batter and you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients. When I entered the store, there were no other customers and it was reserved, but the atmosphere of an old private house was very nice and I could enjoy the calm space. Japanese-style lighting equipment that emits a gentle light is also good. The Japanese designs such as carved ranma, fusuma and tokonoma are wonderful. Although it is small, there is a garden and you can see it from the tatami room.

The atmosphere is nice in a shop that uses an old folk house. The soba was finely beaten 100% soba and was delicious. I'll visit you again 🤗

I had the zaru soba set and the 10% zaru soba. The soba noodles were very delicious. The yam rice and small side dish included in the set were also very delicious. Also, the soba-yu was very thick and the most delicious soba-yu I've ever had. The exterior and interior of the store had a retro feel and were very nice.
