A hidden soba restaurant located deep in the residential area of ​​Naramachi. At this popular Michelin-starred restaurant, you can enjoy the 100 percent soba that the owner carefully grinds in a stone mill every morning. You will be surprised at how thin the soba noodles are.

Before coronavirus, I went every year for my wife's birthday. Reservations must be made two months in advance, and the soba kaiseki dinner requires reservations. The soba kaiseki here is a pairing of soba and sake. If you like Japanese sake or soba, please make a reservation.
