I think it was takeout only. It's located in the basement of a department store, so it's not a store where you're looking for an atmosphere. If you have chilled products, even better!

The familiar 551 Horai. There's no need to complain. Personally, my favorites are the shumai and sweet and sour dumplings. It's a popular shop, so there's usually a line, but the turnover is quick so it shouldn't take too long.
