This restaurant located in front of the Hase-dera temple. I enjoyed the tasty noodles after pilgrimage to Hase-dera. Unlike the salty and milky ramen, this noodles tastes refreshing and light.

Awesome noodle cafe to enjoy a hot bowl of soba. Sometimes the simple food tasted the best.

Yesterday, while visiting Hasedera (長谷寺), together with my friends we had a light Sōmen lunch (素麺) just across from the entrance to Hasedera Temple. The sōmen lunch, was decorated with a maple leaf and had a few slices of Japanese mushrooms, slices of fish cake and tiny egg strips. The dip sauce was very nice and the cold Sōmen noodles were a delight on this warm autumn day. You can also buy some omiyage, local delicacies at this shop.
