For lunch at an event...I took out the curry from Tamago's restaurant. First of all... mix delicious eggs with smoked soy sauce and mix it with egg-fried rice. Set meal with egg. The eggs are thick and the whites are fluffy with meringue. There was smoked soy sauce and regular soy sauce on the table, and of course I used dashi soy sauce! The curry is like an orthodox beef curry with eggs on top. Inside the building, we sold 10 eggs for 330 yen and 100ml of smoked soy sauce for 600 yen, so we bought some as souvenirs and enjoyed them at home.
