Due to my transfer, it has become difficult for me to visit twice or three times a week as before, but as a ``Togashi fanatic'' I can't resist, so I decided to visit again from Otsu, Shiga Prefecture, to make weekly visits. I received “Shrimp Miso Dandan Noodles”! One word, yummy! ! (laughs) Once a month is too infrequent and may cause withdrawal symptoms. I have been using your services for about half a year. The balance of spiciness and numbing flavor is simply the best. If you are a fan of the new ``Togashi'' menu, you are sure to be satisfied. What I think after eating every time is that the spiciness and numbness will never remain. I sweat while eating, but by the time I finish eating and leave the restaurant and start the car, I'm left with nothing but a strangely refreshing feeling! I think the owner has researched and arrived at the best taste. We are looking forward to continuing to develop new menus and new flavors.
