I think this is a tonkotsu ramen shop that is polite and sober. The charm of this restaurant is that you can change the taste of Takana, red ginger, sesame and garlic. One of my favorite ramen restaurant!

Whenever I passed by, there was always a crowd of people, and I was thinking of going in someday, so I visited this time. There were 7 groups waiting when I entered the store after 11 o'clock. This time I ordered a large ramen, small rice, gyoza, and corn ramen. A light pork bone soup and thin straight noodles. The smell of pork bones seems to be strong, but when you drink it, it doesn't feel harsh at all. The large serving is cheap and good, but the noodles get sticky and stretchy, so I think the substitute is the correct answer. There are many different flavors, such as mustard greens, red ginger, sesame, garlic, and pepper, so you can enjoy a variety of variations. It was delicious. Water is self-service, so I had to go get my own glass. A pitcher of water is on the table.
