I like free-range chicken and had it as a course. The food was so delicious that I couldn't finish it all, including the chawanmushi and dessert.

I ordered several chicken sukiyaki courses and single items. Even though the normal course was a lot more than I expected, I ended up ordering a single item as well, which turned out to be a big deal. I was right as I hardly ate lunch. I was out when I was eating (sweat) The freshness and texture of the chicken was unlike anything I've ever had before. Especially the chicken skin. The chicken skin wasn't limp, and even though it was boiled, it had a crunchy texture that was amazing. Also, the skin was really delicious. I really wanted to eat the skin more than the meat. The chicken sashimi was also fresh and delicious, and the liver resembled sea urchin. Seriously, it was really delicious. The chicken in the photo is after I put more than half of the amount for 3 people into the sukiyaki pot. Wow, there was really a lot of it. Since the location is in the middle of nowhere, you can make a reservation for 4 or more people and have them pick you up from the nearest station. We recommend heading from the Ohara direction. Unless you are very confident in driving in the mountains, we do not recommend going from the Kurama area. Also, if you are not confident in driving, it is better to go during the day when it is bright. I think you will be using a private room in a large room, so I don't think there will be any problems if you bring children. Reservations are also required.
