The food was beautiful and everything was delicious. In particular, the eel skin was crispy and exquisite. I was able to spend a very nice time in the large garden. I am very satisfied.

The other day, around the second week of October, I visited Shamo-yaki (shamo-roasted chicken) as a single item for the two A-course items of Shamo-nabe. The grounds are spacious and the garden is lovely, and the beautiful landlady welcomed us. I had reserved the Kaede-no-ma room over the phone, but since the weather was nice that day, they recommended me to sit on the terrace, and I was able to show them both, so I could use the Kaede-no-ma room even in the colder months to come. Since it was possible, I asked for a seat on the terrace, which was recommended to me. As I captured in the photo, this terrace seat made for an indescribably luxurious time. The first dish was explained by my son, who had returned from training at Kusabami Nakahigashi. I was excited to see the meal because of his conversational skills, and the ginkgo biloba tableware that the host had made because of his hobby of pottery was beautiful and visually pleasing. The second dish, salt-grilled ayu with roe, was cooked well and was very delicious. The main dish, the gamecock hot pot, was so delicious that I drank it all (lol).Not only the gamecock, but it was also chewy, and the mushroom name and burdock were also delicious. Similarly, the main dish, Shamo-yaki, was grilled by the hostess until we could eat it for the first time, and after that we were able to cook and eat at our own pace while talking. While the food was being baked, I asked the hostess about the secret to her beauty, and she kindly shared the story with me, and we had a great time talking about beauty and other topics. My husband said it was interesting to see me and the landlady talking. The most important thing, the flavor of the Shamo-yaki, was stronger than in the hot pot, and I found it very delicious when I ate it in Sudachi. The grilled vegetables that were sometimes included were also delicious. I'm usually so busy with work that I sometimes neglect to eat lunch, so I wasn't sure if I would have enough stomach for lunch, but the soba was delicious, and the ice cream at the end had a cute heart-shaped monaka, and my husband loved it. I used roasted green tea and black sugar syrup, and it was a complete meal. The dishes and utensils prepared by the owner, the beautiful proprietress, and the son who is well-trained in cooking and who enhances the deliciousness of the dishes through conversation. It's perfect (lol) I was satisfied with everything.
