One of the best food experiences in Kyoto. Although the ingredients are not expensive, the taste is unique. What is particularly unforgettable is the smoothie made of ice cubes specially transported by the chef from his hometown Nikko. It is unbelievable that it is even ice-cold. Sado can be so different, definitely recommended!

An absolutely amazing experience in every way!! The food was excellent, they were even able to cater to me being vegetarian while the rest of my group was not. The service was also fantastic, the entire team took great care in looking after us and explaining each dish. We felt really cared for. The atmosphere was gorgeous, the place was clean, looked lovely and traditional, and we could see the entire process as it was made.

Love this place! The chefs dishes are so delicious and creative with so many unexpected flavors. The vegetable dishes are amazing. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Kyoto.
