Kyoto, Japan｜Washoku Now Joy Kinkakuji

We where super hungry after visiting many shrines and temples and this one is very close to Kinkaku-ji. The staff was super nice. We chose the Tonkatsu menu and it came with a lot of extras. Sauces, salad, karaage, ebi, pickles, rice and miso soup. Abundant is the word to describe the portions. Familiar ambient. Please visit.

Been reading through some of the negative reviews, and I'm not sure what happened to those people. We had a really nice experience here. So nice to eat some place that isn't dripping with tourists. They have English menus. Prices and food were excellent.
