More Comments at Google MapBest meal in Japan! This restaurant was truly authentic, totally delicious and not scary. Also despite 5 courses it all felt healthy and I don't feel like I overate. You have to go! Couldn't recommend more highly. Ps Basic English spoken, and menus in English
Absolutely delicious and the best value for money. I think it's well worth making this your destination for touring or driving. Lunch is served in a course format, and you can choose either kake soba or zaru soba at the end. Since most of the restaurants are run by one owner, it is best to make a reservation in advance or, if you come during lunch time, to allow about 90 minutes to enjoy your meal at your leisure. Since it's made with 100 percent buckwheat noodles, it's gentle and recommended for those who like a rustic, rural flavor. The texture is firm and chewy. If you have a general taste, you will be satisfied. Surprisingly, I recommend going out to eat at night. They also have a good selection of delicious sake, and there aren't many people drinking outside of the area, so you can enjoy it at your leisure. Finishing off with warm soba noodles. The male owner is very nice, and there is an inn within a few seconds walk, so you can feel at ease even if you are on a girls' trip. Please try to eat by all means.
The texture, texture, and water content of the soba noodles here are outstanding. For the first time in several years, I felt that soba was delicious. Although it was a course meal, I was able to enjoy everything with good appetite and vegetable ingredients. It was very delicious. Well worth the drive. I will ask you again.
