Kashihara, Nara, Japan｜Yakitori Daikichi

This is a yakitori restaurant that I use several times a month. It's like an old-fashioned yakitori restaurant with red lanterns. It has long been said that pottery feeds on smoke, and the excitement you get while waiting is fun no matter how old you are. There is no appetizer and the price is reasonable, so it is easy to go. It has been bought by a certain major capital, but for now it seems that it is sticking to the old-fashioned way. It's not a big store by any means, but I want this kind of store to remain for a long time.

The customer service, the taste, and the atmosphere in the store are good. The store clerk is beautiful. I was able to eat comfortably. I want to go again.

After all, the ingredients are clearly different from other Daikichi and it is delicious. Although the liver was soft, there was no odor and I felt it was fresh. The inside of the restaurant is so clean that you wouldn't think it's a yakitori restaurant, and it's not slimy. I highly recommend [Kokoro, Liver].
