Nara, Japan｜喫茶田川（カレー）

This place is located in a peaceful neighborhood area and it seems quite popular among the locals. We visited this place a few months ago and we were the only tourists in there. There was a bit of a language barrier but fortunately there was expat in there who helped us translating to Japanese. Let me just say the food portion is MASSIVE. I enjoyed every single bite even though my stomach was already very full. 2 of my friends couldn't even finish their foods. I thought the curry tasted REALLY tasty even though I found the beef portion a little too tiny. Oh, they also gave a us a bottle of Yakult to accompany the dish. While the food was good, it was the atmosphere that was super lovely. It's very comfy and makes me feel like home. Despite the language barrier, ALL of the staff were super niiiiiceeeee & helpful. I would 100% love to go back here again whenever I come back to Japan, hopefully with a better Japanese speaking skill this time around. :)
