More Comments at Google MapHorie-san, also known as Horiemon, posted on his Instagram that he went to try this gyoza in June of this year, so the two of us went there. This shop is located about 5 minutes walk from Yamato Saidaiji Station. There were about 7 counter seats and 1 table. Visited without a reservation on a Friday before 7pm. The counter was full and there was an empty table, so I guided them there. The shop was run by two people, and I wasn't expecting it to be very clean based on the impressions of the surrounding shops, but it was a very clean and comfortable shop. Inside the store, there was a photo of Horiemon and an autograph. lol I had gyoza (8 pieces per person), boiled gyoza, seared chicken, and white rice. There were a few beers available, including craft beers. For the sauce, we blend vinegar and soy sauce ourselves. Are there fewer seeds in the gyoza? That's what I thought at first, but the taste was strong and the flavor was very good. Unfortunately, the white rice was not good. (I like things to be fluffy and moist, so I don't like things that are firm and lack moisture.) The food was served quickly, the prices were reasonable, and it was a restaurant that I wanted to visit regularly.
Although they are small bite-sized gyoza, they are packed with filling and the skin is crispy. These dumplings are so light that you can eat a lot of them. It's been a long time since I ate such delicious gyoza outside. The couple had a good atmosphere and we enjoyed chatting. There were four gyoza in the tomato soup, and if you added vinegar, you could enjoy it like a sanratan. He also taught me the combination of soy sauce and vinegar, and it was very delicious. I want to repeat it immediately.
It was my first time using it. I went here because I wanted to try some bite-sized gyoza, and they are easy-to-eat sized gyoza that aren't greasy at all. The inside of the store is mainly a counter-based store, so it's not very large, but I was able to eat quite slowly. It tasted delicious with beer, but I had to work later that day, so I gave up beer... I'll definitely order a beer next time I go. These gyoza are really delicious, so I highly recommend them. I will stop by again!
