More Comments at Google MapWe enjoyed our lunch and especially appreciated the great customer service. We only speak English, and the waitress was exceptionally helpful in ensuring that we got a meal that we were happy with. She helped us navigate several menus, and patiently used google translator with us. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
I came here after seeing the high reviews. It's delicious, it's cheap, it's quick, and it's a big hit. It was a little before 1:30 on a weekday, and after a short wait, I was guided to a semi-private room space. Inside the store, we are very careful about the coronavirus, but the seats next to us are so relaxing that you can even start singing without wearing a mask after you finish talking loudly.
There are quite a few private rooms, but if you don't make a reservation, you may have to wait or have to leave. The other day, I managed to get into a room that wasn't a private room. There are many types of different flavors, and you can substitute rice with takikomi rice. They serve tea three times: before, during, and after meals. Moreover, it was cold at first. It was warm afterwards. After your meal, you can choose from three types of dessert. The other day, there were three types: matcha pudding, soybean flour pudding, and yokan. What I always look forward to is tempura with bamboo shoots and taro. The private rooms are shaped like horigotatsu (horizontal kotatsu), and there is a hot carpet under your feet to keep you warm in the winter. For those who are not particular about it, you can sit at a table, but you are the type to take off your shoes and then go up a few steps. So it might be difficult to use a wheelchair.
