It was crowded and it took a while to get to the restaurant, but we were able to get very delicious eggs, bonito flakes, chilled tomatoes, and a highball on a rock salt plate for less than 2,000 yen per person! There were more things I wanted to eat, so I would like to go back next time.

A restaurant that serves egg-fried rice made with carefully selected eggs. You can choose between regular egg-cooked rice (the way you eat it at home) or fluffy (meringue) for an additional 100 yen. I ordered the sparkling fried chicken set meal set with meringue. This is my first time making meringue with egg and it is absolutely delicious. There are three types of seasoning for the eggs: soy sauce, white soy sauce, and truffle salt, and the staff carefully explained them to us. Personally, I like white soy sauce, which has a savory and salty taste. The fried chicken tastes just like you would get at a specialty restaurant. Also, the miso soup was quite delicious, with a strong miso flavor without being too strong. It seems that everything other than the eggs on the store's signboard are carefully prepared. The premium juice (in this case, apple) was also delicious. A store I would like to visit again.
