Fantastic dinner and atmosphere. The “new” rice signature dish was superb, as was the tuna with radish and the mushroom soup. Despite the language barrier friendly and enthusiastic team. Highly recommend. Walking distance from JW Marriott.

Everything was delicious and beautifully presented! The chef clearly cares about the food! It’s an absolute must when you’re in the area.

When I stayed at JW Marriott Nara, I made a reservation for Uogin. I made a reservation with the impression that it was close to the hotel and it looked good, but it turned out to be a more satisfying dinner than I imagined. I was able to feel the atmosphere of the restaurant, the behavior of the chef, and the attention to detail in the food. The deliciousness of the dishes that make the most of the ingredients has been burned into my mind. Next time I will stay at JW Marriott Nara to go to Uogin. 2023.6.24
