A true local hidden gem restaurant. I can feel the chef's dedication to every meal served. Best fried dishes I've tasted, hence a really good value for experiencing omakase

It was delicious! The batter is kept as thin as possible, making it light and easy to eat. The dishes are made into cutlets or tempura depending on the carefully selected ingredients, and each item will be carefully explained to you, including how to eat it. The only disappointment was the appetizer. It was a salad, but since it comes with stick raw vegetables, I don't think it's necessary to make it a salad. I thought it would be nice if the prosciutto, cheese, and potato salad-style items used could be served individually on a plate. Also, it would be nice to pickle the paprika used in stick vegetables. I'm sorry for writing a review from above, but there is no doubt that it was delicious.

2016 Michelin listed restaurant. This is a store that deserves its recognition. When I ate it for the first time, I was so impressed that it changed my whole concept of skewers, and I have used it several times since then. The owner and his wife don't talk too much, but they aren't quiet either, and they provide good customer service and make you feel comfortable. The number of seats is limited, so it is better to make a reservation by phone before visiting.
