They use domestic wheat, which is known for being grown without pesticides and chemical fertilizers, and Kyushu wheat such as Chikugoizumi and Minamino Kaori, and provide gentle breads made with natural yeast. It's a very small shop, but they have a lot of ingredients for their side dish bread! There are many types and large portions, so you'll be satisfied!
