This is a high-end bread shop. I think it falls into a pretty sweet category for being supervised by a Japanese craftsman. Fluffy and delicious. It's delicious raw or grilled, but I like how it feels crispy outside and soft inside when grilled. It does not use eggs, so even those with egg allergies can enjoy it. It was a loaf of bread that I would like to eat again, so I would like to repeat it.

Even though it is a weekday, people gather in droves when the store opens. It is sold in units of one, but you can eat it right away. It is sweeter than other fresh breads.

Among the bread specialty stores, I especially like this bread. When eaten raw, it is slightly sweet and fluffy. When baked and eaten, the inside is fluffy and the outside is crisp. I don't think it's moist and sticky. Recommended for people who don't like sticky bread. If you go directly to the store, it may be sold out and you may not be able to buy it, so we recommend that you make a reservation before going.
