Kyoto, Japan｜近江牛焼肉 肉の流儀 肉魂 Meat Soul

Our yakiniku meal, the second in Kyoto was served with the most wonderful array of Kobe beef in the various cuts. There were like 7 different types of cuts served. The meat was barbecued over an open charcoal fire. This traditional style gave the meat the most fragrant finish imaginable. An experience certainly memorable. Service was excellent from the master of the house, Syu-Chan supported by the house chef, Taka-Chan. The house sake, Kyoto sake generously served with the meal. This restaurant is recommended most highly to all meat lovers.

The best way to experience Japanese Beef. Try the Japan's top three Waygu Beef. The set menu is incredible and great value when compared to what you would pay in the UK. They also have an incredible Japanese whiskey selection. Language is not a problem, service is excellent. Must try.

Our first Yakiniku experience on our first visit to Japan. We came across Meat Soul quite by chance and decided to give it a try. It was a wonderful experience! The meat was spot on, the service excellent and the atmosphere very cosy and relaxing. The staff went out of their way to look after us. We will be back! Highly recommended.
