More Comments at Google MapYakiniku Hayashi, which has multiple restaurants in Kyoto, is a somewhat rare type of yakiniku. Modern yakiniku uses a technique called ``tsuke-sare'', which is said to have been devised by Shodoen in Osaka, to adjust the flavor and temperature, but Hayashi's yakiniku is served in the good old strong style. All of the seasoning is done in the seasoning sauce, which is applied to all meat other than the salted tongue, so the meat you order is served perfectly on a plate. This seemed interesting, so I started using it out of curiosity. There seems to be an assortment of platters, and that's what the restaurant sells, but since I was eating yakiniku by myself, I asked the staff about the amount, and they said it's usually enough for two people. Therefore, I ordered a single item, but in the end I ended up putting almost all of the meat included in the platter, so it may have been pointless. My impressions after eating it were that the seasoning was all over the place and I found it a little boring...and the meat wasn't really delicious in the first place, so I was dissatisfied with that as well. Yakiniku is originally said to be such a dish, so that's fine, but I think the meat wasn't quite tolerable compared to modern Yakiniku standards. I think it's worth trying it at least once as a local specialty. I am creating a blog called ``Yakiniku Encyclopedia'' where I record my visits to yakiniku restaurants all over Japan. The scores you are interested in are listed on the blog, so please check it out.
delicious! I made the sauce sweet. It's sweet but a little spicy. Pepsi is the best Coke. Hormone is delicious
Yakiniku is a big fan of Yashi. I went to the Shijo store for the first time, and the atmosphere is "Hayashi". However, because it is an office district, the customer base is different, and there were courses and all-you-can-drink. I think they are thinking about regional characteristics. In addition, it is the only affiliated store where you can choose the amount of garlic and spiciness. The staff's friendliness is very good and the freshness of the meat is outstanding. It's a kneaded sweet and spicy yakiniku that goes well with white rice. Garlic yakiniku made me full of energy. Reservations are required as the restaurant is fully booked even on weekdays. thank you very much, Thanks for the meal.
