Maybe one of the best meals I've had. Top 3. Delicious food, every texture, temperature, portion, presentation was on point. The chicken katsu with sauce and rice was amazing. A hidden gem in neighborhood of Kyoto. Don't turn this is into a disturbing tourist attraction. Come here if you will respect the people and their food.

This cute place is a hidden gem! They have really good cheese toast. For veggie peeps out there, they made a veg version of their grilled noodles, pretty delish!

Yummy lunch set that will make your belly so happy! I got teriyaki chicken lunch set with the Large rice bowl. It was too much rice, but if you’re very hungry, it feels good to eat more rice than normal. I used to come here as a study abroad student, and it is still just as good as today.
