Kyoto, Japan｜KARA-KUSA curry

Half and half was tasty — nice spice and level of heat — and medium portion of rice felt perfect; large portion is same price. No queue at opening time, but filled up shortly after. At the end, you pay at your seat, not by the door like at some other places. Helpful picture menu.

The most delicious curry I had on my entire trip to Japan. The salad was also so tasty. Could not believe my tastebuds. I would give anything to be able to go back and have this again!! We showed up 15 minutes before opening and there was a small queue already (end of September). Worth it.

Very tasty curry. We had Keema (authentic aroma), and red chicken curry (sweet and mildly spicy). Unfortunately the black curry was sold out. Beer is cold and sweet. Highly recommended.
