Kyoto, Japan｜Kyoto Suehirogari

Wonderful, impromptu dinner at Suehirogari - we got there for an early dinner and got the “lucky menu” - 2 appetizers courses, 6 assorted yakitori skewers and grilled sweet dango on skewers for dessert for only ¥2500. We had a front row seat to watch the master at work and enjoyed two kinds of sake, including one locally brewed. Service was fast and friendly and everything was cooked to perfection.

Service was great. Not for the picky eater! You have to be willing to try things at this restaurant. The menu is unique each day and is served as several courses. Everything we had was amazing.
