You should really go and try it! ! The store is a place that you won't know unless you look into it, and the interior is small and relaxing, giving it a gentle, luxurious feel. This is my second time here, and the course contents change depending on the season, such as sashimi, so please be sure to give it a try as there are some things you can only get here. Koi tofu, fatty dried bonito available in mid-October, and Yatsuhashi ice cream. I'll definitely go back (* ॑꒳ ॑*) The owner is also a nice and kind person.

Starting with koi tofu espuma, it was really delicious until the final dessert ♪ We had a really fun time sitting around the U-shaped counter, watching the food being prepared, learning about the ingredients and the sake that goes well with the food. Chawanmushi topped with blue cheese is an addictive taste. It is understandable that the regulars think, "I want to eat here again if I come here" ^ - ^ It's nice to have a standard and gem of a restaurant that is loved by customers as part of the course (о´∀`о) It is a shop that I definitely want to visit again! (We all took the next reservation and left ^ ^)

I got a crab course from a small fish shop. From the owner's special procurement route, we serve the best crabs. The freshness and deliciousness that cannot be eaten at other stores is wonderful, but the crab's potential is completely different, so the taste is doubled! With wonderful knife skills, everything is processed so that it is easy to eat, and people who just eat it. However, everyone who has a crab has been absorbed in silence. The selection of sake to match is also wonderful. I look forward to seeing you again next time with other dishes.
