Wanted a quick meal but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the meal. Pork cutlet fried to near perfection with the right amount of crust & crunch, meat was juicy and melts in your mouth. Rice was perfectly cooked and went so well with everything else. Service was attentive and the environment very clean.

Super affordable and cheap tonkatsu meal in Kyoto!! The meat selection is superb as well! Really super enjoyed my meal over here! The oysters are fresh, prawn are fresh, and the pork shop is very tender and juicy as well! I think I will drop by to here for my tonkatsu craving if I ever come back to Kyoto! Lovely!

Excellent food at a decent price. The teppanyaki tonkatsu fillet cutlet course is ¥1550 and came with miso soup, white rice, two small dishes of pickled items and a seaweed dish, plus the main course of pork cutlet on a bed of bean sprouts on a sizzling metal plate. It was delicious and I left full. Friendly waiter did not seem upset that I couldn't speak Japanese. Thank you for your patience!
