Excellent food, excellent service.

Visited at 17:00. It was my first visit, but it was a very nice and polite shop. Both the horumon and motsu nabe were delicious. Horumon seems to be a style where the meat is cut on the spot. I was also surprised to learn that they seem to be offering a free meal if you sign up for their e-mail newsletter during your birthday month. My wife's birthday is this month, so I'll be visiting again!

This is my second visit. Last time it was with my family, and this time I got a birthday postcard, so I visited with my friends. I was late for my appointment due to work, but they kindly waited for me, which was great! I was really impressed with the birthday cards, candles, and presents prepared ♫ Of course the food is great, but the manager's soft way of speaking and caring, and the clerk's older sister are also cute, so I had a good time! With a wide range of customers, from young couples to middle-aged people, it's no wonder it's so popular. It's the first time I've been treated so smartly by a butcher. I plan to visit again soon. Thank you very much. Motsunabe is the best!
