The store is on the basement floor of the building. I went there with my family when I went to Kyoto. It was around 6 o'clock on a weekday, but it didn't feel crowded. I get the impression that all the staff are very attentive and friendly! It was a semi-private room with a sunken kotatsu, so it was very comfortable even with small children. There are a lot of choices on the menu, and everything we ordered was delicious. This is a store that I highly recommend to everyone. When I visit the area again, I would like to try other dishes.
