We had a wonderful time at Tempura Tentora. Everything was great and delicious. My favorite items are lobster tempura, shrimp tempura, scallop tempura, sweet potato, Octopus and avocado. We're very thankful that the owner let us dine for one hour because we didn't have a reservation and we were leaving Kyoto the next day. She was very friendly and communicated with us in English. Over all we got all we wanted and left the place quite happy and satisfied. I will definitely be back when I am visiting Kyoto again.

Do give it a try if u are a tempura fan. I ain't but I was mind blown. Everything was so so so delicious,none I could complain! Reservation is highly recommended to avoid waiting

Visited Tempura Tentora on 28 Feb 2023 for dinner. Tourists friendly restaurant with English menu and short waiting time. The staff was friendly and polite. Variety of tempura dishes available, ordered an extra chicken tempura with special tar tar sauce, delicious and reasonably priced.
