Kyoto, Japan｜Tempu ~Tempura, sake side dishes, and wine~ Shijo Karasuma

A little hole in the wall tempura restaurant, which we would've missed if we didn't see some people come out of it (due to our lack of Japanese 😭). They do have an english menu, but unfortunately not all the menu items are listed. The tempura was delicious and didn't feel or taste oily at all :) we ordered the tempura set and we wanted to try something that was on the original (non-english) menu. It ended up being a tempura egg. Pretty good as well!

Great food. Tempura is done just right. Must try the horse meat with egg yolk.
