Kaiseki cuisine mainly eats an atmosphere. When we eat, there are two groups of locals eating and chatting next to us. It is not full of tourists. The feeling of substitution and the atmosphere are very good. The last dish before dessert is a bowl of rice and three side dishes. It is very simple and down-to-earth. I was very touched when it was served. In fact, no matter how good the delicacies are, a gluttonous feast is not as warm as a bowl of rough tea and light rice at home.
