Had a most wonderful meal at this restaurant. Prepared with such special attention to details and ingredients. It was a treasured treat and memory. Excellent service and care.

Amazing food. Perfect presentation with absolutely beautiful chef. No English menu or speaking but you don't feel any language barrier when the food and his attitude made us feel so welcome. Not to mention that we didn't make a booking in advance, just walk in in the afternoon and had told to come back at dinner. Staffs are so lovely. Reasonable price for Michelin star restaurant. Definitely worth it.

A fabulous culinary adventure! The food was delicious and even if your Japanese is limited, the staff is friendly and engaging. If you get to sit at the bar, you can watch your meal materialize by the Michelin chef. Highly recommend for your Japanese tasting! A Kyoto must!
